• The minimum spend is £250 (excluding VAT applicable to UK customers only).

• You can have as long as you need in our handpick area, from your booking time until closing at 5:00pm.

• £50 deposit- which is deducted from your final total. 

• Only 2 persons allowed at each slot.

• If you can’t find what you’re looking for during your visit, there’s no charge. However, the £250 minimum spend applies if you choose to make a purchase.

• We reserve the right to rearrange or cancel your appointment in unforeseen circumstances, but we’ll keep you informed.

• If you’re traveling by public transport, we can arrange DPD shipping for your purchases at a small charge.

• If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to someone else. Last-minute cancellations may result in a fee (£50) as outlined above. 

• For handpicked items, you are selecting at your own discretion, and we are unable to accept returns once they leave our warehouse.
